PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
On this the 9th day of October 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote oĢ 5 to 0 for the City to make
a partial payment of 544,300.00 to the Ter:as Department of
Aviation as per the Airport Project Participation Agreement,
with City concurrence.

SUMMARY STATEMENT
As stated in the Airport Project Participation Agreement, TDA
Project No. 91/11-4-1, the sponsor's share of the project is
$82,920.00. TDA is requesting a partial payment in the amount of
$44,300.00. This amount should be forwarded to the TDA no later than
November 1, 1990.

RECOMMENDED ACTION
Authorize staff to make partial payment of $44,300 to the TDA, no
later than November 1, 1990, with County concurrence.
