FOR PRECINCT 1B TO REPLACE E.L.IZABETH BENAVENTE
On this the 1st day of November 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3 to 0 the
appointment of Jenny McLellan Motheral as Presiding Judge for
Precinct I8 to replace Elizabeth Suddeth Benavente for the
November 6, 1990 General Election.

Mrs. Benavente has resigned as judge and Mrs. NLotheral has to agreed to
be the Presiding Judge for future elections.
