RATIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION OF THE TERMINATION
OF MARSHA ELLIS IN THE KERR COUNTY JAIL
On this the 27th day of December 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 that the
termination of Marsha Ellis, Jailer in the Kerr County Jail,
be ratified and confirmed effective December 14, 1990.
Ms. Ellis is to be paid for 40 hours straight time for
holiday time worked and 86 hours vacation time at straight
time.
