On this the 10th day of December 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote oŁ 4-0-0 the hiring of
Kathy A. Smith as jailer in the Kerr County Jail, effective
December 1, 1990, Pay Group 13, Step 1, 514, 604. 00 annually,
51,216.97 monthly, and 5608.49 semi-monthly.

I have hired Kathy A. Smith as a jailer to replace Tim Sheets
who begins his new duties as warrant deputy 12-1-90, Mrs.
Smith will begin full time 12-1-90. Her beginning salary
will be $1,216.98 monthly, step/grade: 13/1. Mrs Smith has
had the required TCLEOSE physical, psychological and drug
screen.
