AS PER THE COUNTY SHERIFF'S RECOMMENDATION
On this the 27th day of September 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, with
Commissioner's Baldwin, Holekamp, Morgan and Ray voting
"AYE", and Judge Edwards voting "HAY", said motion that the
termination o£ Haty Aguliar, secretary in the Sheri££'s

O££ice o£ Kerr County, Texas, be ratified and confirmed,
effective September 30, 1990, as per the Kerr County
Sheriff's recommendation, was approved by a ma~oTity votf.
The Kerr County Sheriff, Frances Kaiser, says Ms. Aguliar has
no comp-time or vacation time due her.
