OF MIKE BISHOP FROM THE KERR COUNTY
SHERIFF'S OFFICE
On this the 27th day of September 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved that the resignation oŁ Mike
Bishop, Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, be ratified and
confirmed, effective as of September 21, 1990.

Mr. Bishop is to be paid for 61 hours comp-tlme (straight
pay) and 40 hours Holiday.

To Sheriff Frances Kaiser;
I,Piichael K. Bishop,do hereby resign as Deputy Sheriff
for Kerr County effective September 30,1990.
I have taken another job in Arizona for financial reasons,
and it also puts me and my wife closer to family in Ealifornia.
I respectfully thank Sheriff Frances Kaiser and the Kerr
County Commissioners Court for allowing me to serve the citizens
of Kerr County for the past one year and nine months.
