TO EMPLOY TODD BYRON BURDICK AS DEPUTY SHERIFF
IN LIEU OF JAILER
Dn this the 6th day oŁ September 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan. with
Commissioner's Holekamp and Morgan, and Judge Edwards voting
"AYE", and Commissioner Baldwin "ABSTAINING", said motion to
amend Order No. 19783, dated August 30, 1990, to read hire
Todd Byron Burdick as Deputy Sheriff in lieu of Jailer with
the same effective date of September 9, 1990 was approved by
a majority vote. Mr. Burdick will be paid at Pay Group 17,
Step 1, 517,109.00 annually, 51,425.75 monthly, and 5712.88
semi-monthly.

Todd Byron Burdick was approved on 8-30-90 to be hired as a
jailer, to begin his duties 9-6--90 to replace Ray Strade who
resigned 8-3-90.
Dn Friday Deputy Jack Knox, informed me that his last day
would be 9-13-90. Therefore, since Mr. Burdick is a r_nrtified
peace officer I plan t.o replace Jack Knox with Todd Burdick. His
salary will be $17,109.00 annual, pay/step 17/1. Mr. Burdick has had
the required TCLEDSE physical, psychological and drug screen.
