F. Sublett Survey No. 672, Abstract No. 326 in Kerr County, Texas; comprising, approximately, 2.36 acres out of a certain 5.49 acre tract conveyed from Johnny Hascol Schumacher to Ben Nolan Schumacher by a Warranty Deed executed the 19th day of December, 1970 and recorded in Volume 146 at Page 781 and 2.36 acres out of a certain 63.8 acre tract conveyed from Johnny Hascol Schumacher and Henry Allen Schumacher to Ben Nolan Schumacher by a Gift Deed executed the 19th day of April, 1967 and recorded in Volume 128 at Page 237, both recordings in the Deed Records of Kerr County, Texas; and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at an existing '~" iron stake at a fence cornerpost in the southwest line of a certain 43.36 acre tract conveyed from Fred E.
