MEMBER BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS FOR
THE KERB COUNTY RURAL FIRE PREVENTIDN DISTRICT #1
AS SUBMITTED BY H. A. BALDWIN, COMMISSIONER, PRECINCT #4
On this the 30th day o£ August 1990, came on to be considered
by the Court the appointment of a five (5) member board of
fire commissioners to serve as the district's governing body
for the Kerr County Rural Fire Prevention District #1,
according to the Health and Safety Code 794.033.
Upon motion made by Judge Edwards, seconded by Commissioner
Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved the following five
(S) Kerr County residents, recommended by Commissioner
Baldwin, to serve as the Fire District Commissioners:
Elaine Casteel, Northwest part of district
Bill Best, Bear Paw addition
Hugh Palmer, Hills and Dales addition
Don Oehler, City of Ingram
Kenneth R. Moore, Greenwood Forest addition
