ORDER NO. 19716 CANVASS OF ELECTION RESULTS FOR THE KERR COUNTY RURAL FIRE PREVENTION DISTRICT #1 WHEREAS, at an election held on the 11th day of August 1990, in that part of Kerr County, State of Texas, described in the area included within the metes and bounds, attached hereto and made a part hereof, there was submitted to the qualified voters the question of whether that territory should be formed into a rural Eire prevention district under state law; and WHEREAS, at the election 365 votes were cast in favor of formation of the district and 61 votes were cast against formation; and WHEREAS, the formation of the rural fire prevention district received the affirmative vote of the majority of the votes cast at the election as provided by law; NOW, THEREFORE, the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, State of Texas, finds and orders that the tract described in this order has been duly and legally farmed into a rural fire prevention district for a portion thereof) under the name of Kerr County Rural Fire Prevention District #1, under Article III, Section 48-d, of the Texas Constitution, and has the powers vested by law in the district.
