On this the Sth day oĢ April 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved Sheriff Frances Kaiser applying
for a grant from the Alamo Area Council of Government, AACOG,
for a Juvenile Peace Officer.

Officer who will focus on Juvenile Crime and delinquency, especially
