HENDERSON'S FINAL BID PROPOSAL FOR MODIFICATION ON THE JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER TO MEET THE FIRE CODE VARIANCE REBUIREMENTS On this the 26th day of April 1990, upon motion made by Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved to accept Mr. Henderson's final bid proposal for modification on the Juvenile Detention Center to meet the fire code variance requirements. Box 1720 Kerrville, Texas 78029 512 / 2578550 Per the Courts' request, I have meet with City Engineer, Joe Maceiras, and Fire Marshal, Keith Spenrath. We verbally reviewed the work to be preformed and the materials required to satisfy the stairway variance. I feel we have a very clear understanding. Therefore, I would like to change my preliminary proposal to a firm proposal of $9,875.00. If the Court chooses to have me preform the work, I will prepare the necessary drawings and specifications, bearing my architectural seal, to file with the City at the time a building permit is issued. There is no additional charge for the preparation of these drawings and the County will receive a copy. Please understand, that the drawings are intended to serve as graphic communications for my own use, and not intended to serve as contract documents. As the work progresses, it will be inspected Engineering and Inspection Department, and I Fire Marshal will also monitor the work. If additional questions please let me know.
