MOTION TO ASK JOHN HENDERSON, JR. TO WALK THRU
THE JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER AND STAIRWELL
WITH "THE CITY ENGINEER AND CITY FIRE MARSHAL
AHD GIVE THE COUNTY THE COST FACTORS TO COMPLY
WITH THE CITY VARIANCE AND AT NO COST TO THE COUNTY
On this the 22nd day of March 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with
Commissioner's Ray, Baldwin, Morgan and Holekamp voting
"AYE", and Judge Edwards voting "NAY", said motion to ask
John Henderson, Jr., Architect and Contractor, to walk thru
the Juvenile Detention Center and stairwell with the City
Engineer, Mr. Macerias, and the City Fire Marshal, Mr.
Spenrath, and give the County the cost factors to comply with
the City variance, at no cost to the County, was approved by
a majority vote. Judge Edwards changed his vote to "AYE",
and the motion was unanimously approved.
