AUTHORIZATION FOR MR. JOHN HENDERSON, JR. TO
PREPARE A FINAL PROPOSAL ON THE JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER
On this the 5th day of April 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the
Court unanimously approved for Mr. John Henderson, Jr. to
prepare a final proposal for renovation of the Juvenile
Detention Center.

Acting as a building contractor, in an effort to assist
the Kerr County Commissioners' Court in evaluating the needs
of the Juvenile Detention Center, I have_prepared a precise
construction cost estimate. This preliminary proposal, is
the estimated cost to make the stairway renovations as
required by the City Engineer and the City Fire Marshal.
Preliminary proposal: $9,875.00
The above figure does not include a fire alarm or sprinkler
system, nor does it include any architectural fees. These
items are of an individual nature and should be addressed
separately.
It is my pleasure to submit this proposal at no cost to Kerr
County.
