Dn this the 27th day of September 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, with
Commissioner's Baldwin, Holekamp, Ray and Morgan voting
"AYE", and Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion to
authorize the Kerr County Attorney's Office to represent the
Kerr County Judge and Kerr County in Cause No. 90-573-A,
State of Texas vs. Danny R. Edwards, County Judge of Kerr
County, Texas, in the 216th District Court was approved by a
majority vote.
