AUTHORIZATION FOR COUNTY 3UDGE TO 5IGN CONTRACT
ON BEHALF OF KERR COUNTY ON STORAGE SPACE
On this the 12th day of February 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved a lease contract with Kim - John
Inc. for Unit C 421 Schreiner at 4300.00 a month from October
1, 1989 thru January 31, 1990, and 5325.00 a month from
February 1, 1990 thru September 30, 1990. The County Judge
is hereby authorized to sign said contract on behalf of Kerr
County.
