APPROVAL OF RESIGNATION OF PEGGY BISHOP AS JAILER
IN THE KERB COUNTY JAIL
On this the 4th day of January 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved the reslgnation of Peggy Bishop as
Jailer in the Kerr County Jail, effective December 31, 1989.
Ms. Bishop is to be paid far four (4) hours comp. time.

Ms. Peggy Bishop has turned in her resignation as a jailer effective
December 31, 1989. Ms. Bishop has 79 1/2 hours comp time coming to
her. {Including time and one-half) Ms. Bishop left work today, which
will give her 70 & 1/2 hours comp. time, thru 12/31/89. Kerr County
will owe Ms. Bishop A hours comp. time pay in additional to her monthly
check thru 12/31/89.
