APPROVAL OF HIRING KEVIN R. BILLEITER AS JAILER
IN THE KERB COUNTY JAIL
On this the 4th day of January 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved the hiring of Kevin R. Billelter
as Jailer in the Kerr County Jail part-time at 55.00 per
hour, effective December 24, 1989. Mr. Billeiter will become
full time, effective January 1, 1990, at Pay Group 13, Step
1, 514,042.00 annually, 51,170.17 monthly, and S585.08
semi-monthly.

of Peggy Bishop. Mr. Billeiter will become full-time effective, 1/1/89
at a salary of $1,170.17, montlhy, step-grade: 13/1. Since Mr. Billeiter
has been working for the Boerne Sheriff Dept., he has had the required
