CONFIRMATION OF THE RESIGNATION OF EVERETT
ALEXANDER, JR. AND SUSIE BA'PMAN IN THE KERR COUNTY JAIL
On this the 11th day of June 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved the confirmation of the
resignation of Everett Alexander, Jr. as Jailer/Uispatcher in
the Kerr County Jail effective June 7, 1990, and Susie Batman
as Jailer/Dispatcher in the Kerr County Jail effective June
15, 1990.
Mr. Alexander is to be paid for 22 hours comp. time, 56 hours
holiday pay, and 67 hours vacation. Ms. Batman is to be paid
for 25 and one-half hours comp. time, 72 hours holiday pay,
and 34 hours vacation.

Dear Sheriff Kaiser,
I am submitting my formal tenure of resignation in accordance to the
'Kerr County Personnel Policies Handbook part 13.02.
My last official work day will be June 7, 1990. However; I wish to
remain on the payroll until all of my accrued (recorded) Holiday Earned,
Compensatory Time and Annual Leave is exhausted.
I feel that this would be in the best interest of myself and the
department.
