TERMINATION OF WILLIE BRATCHER IN THE
KERB COUNTY JAIL
On this the 31st day of May 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, it was
unanimously approved by the Court that the termination of
Willie Bratcher as jailer in the Kerr County Jail, be
ratified and confirmed, effective May 7, 1990 and that he be
paid for the following time:
109 comp. time at time and one-half (before raise);
104 hours straight time for Holiday time worked (before
raise); and,
93 hours vacation time at straight time (before raise).

of this working day.
Mr. Bratcher has the following pay coming to him:
109 comp. time hours at time and one-half, (before the raise)
104 hours straight time for Holiday time worked (before the raise)
93 hours vacation time at straight time, (before the raise)
Mr. Bratcher should receive his back pay of supervisor's pay from
April 15th thru May 7th. See attached letter.
