CREATE NEW LINE ITEM IN THE SHEE?IFF'S OFFICE
AND TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM THE KERR COUNTY
JAIL TO THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE
On this the 19th day oŁ July 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved to declare an emergency to create
New Line Item No. 10-560-211, Special Investigation Expense,
in the Sheriff's Office, and to transfer 55,000.00 from Line
Item No. 10-512-339, Prisoner Out of County, in the Kerr
County Jail, to Line Item No. 10-560-211, Special
Investigation Expense, in the Sheriff's office.
