RATIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION OF THE
RESIGNATION OF KEVIN BILLEITER IN THE KERR COUNTY JAIL
On this the 26th day oŁ July 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Kevin
Billeiter, Jailer in the Kerr County Jail be ratified and
conYirmed, effective July 24, 1590.
Mr. Billeiter is to be paid for 4 hours comp-time, 24 hours
holiday pay, and 40 hours vacation.
