APPROVAL OF FINANCIAL AUDIT AND THE 1989-1990 FISCAL
OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE 9-1-1 EMERGENCY
COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK
On this the let day of February 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, with
Commissioner's Holekamp, Morgan, Ray and Baldwin voting
"AYE", and Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion to approve
the Financial audit and the 1989-1990 fiscal operating budget
for the 9-1-1 Emergency Communications Network was ^pproved
by a majority vote.

Dear Sir:
On behalf of the Kerr 9-1-1 Emergency Communications Network,
I wish to submit to you and the County Commissioner's Court
for approval the financial audit and the 1989-90 Fiscal
Operating Budget for the Network.
As you will see, the audit covers the time period from the
Network's creation to the end of the 1988-89 fiscal year. In
future years, an audit will be submitted to you on an annual
basis.
Also, the 1989-90 Fiscal Operating Budget has been submitted
and, as you will note, the Network will be making large
equipment purchases this year thus signifying an anticipated
year of accomplishment.
The Kerr 9-1-1 Emergency Communications Network is committed
to service to the Citizens of Kerr County.
