Re: Center Point Street Lights
Gentlemen:
On December	10,	1990, an agenda item was brought to Commissioners'
Court, dealing	with	payment for electrical service for the street lights in
Center Point.	After discussion, a Motion was	made and carried that Kerr
County cancel	this	service and be relieved of	any responsibility for same.
Accordingly, this is	your notice of such and a	copy of the Court's Order is
attached.

MOTION TO NOTIFY KERRVILLE PUBLIC UTILITY
BOARD OF THE CANCELLATION OF KERB COUNTY PAYING
FOR THE STREET LIGHTS IN CENTER POINT, TEXAS
On this the 10th day of December 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, with
Commissioner's Ray, Morgan, Holekamp and Baldwin voting
"AYE", and Judge Edwards voting "NAY", said motion to notify
the Kerrville Public Utility Board of the cancellation of the
payment by Kerr County of the street lights in Center Point.
Texas was approved by a aajority vot• of 4-1-0.
