ITEM ND. 10-560-570 IN THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE
TO PURCHASE A GENERATOR FOR THE SHERIFF'S TOWER
On this the 4th day oŁ January 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved to declare an emergency and to transfer
52,995.00 from Reserve Fund to Line Item No. 10-560-570,
Capital Outlay, to purchase a generator for the Sheriff's
Tower from Henke's, as long as the generator meets the same
specifications, as per attached sheet.

in open session at 2:45 P. M. with all officers present.
