APPROVAL OF RESIGNATION OF LINDA M. SAMFORD
IN JUSTICE OF THE PEACE, PRECINCT #4 OFFICE
On this the 8th day oŁ January 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved the resignation of Linda M. Samford as
clerk in Justice oŁ the Peace, Precinct #4 office, effective
December 31, 1989. Ms. Samford is to be paid for 100 hours
of vacation time.

Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved the Minutes of the Commissioners'
Court of Kerr County, Texas, of the Workshop Session on
December 11, 1989, kegular Session on December 11, 1989 and
December 13, 1989, Special Session on December 18, 1989,
Special Session on December 21, 1989, and Special Session on
January 4, 1990, as recorded in Volume R, Pages 671 thru 701.
