Danny R. Edwards, County Judge, arrived at 10:06 A. M.
R. Gordon Morgan, Commissioner, Precinct #1 was absent, and
the Gourt having duly opened the Following proceedings were
had:

ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1985
Un this thfa bth day of January 1550, upon motion made by
,_ Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved the County audit report for the
year ending September 30, 1589, as prepared by Grant Thorton
& Company.

CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
Un this the 8th day of January 1550, came on to be considered
by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr
County and the various Commiseioner's Precincts, which claims
and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury,
Fire Protection, koad 8 Bridge, County Law Library, Juvenile
State Aid Fund, Traffic Safety Fund, and 216th District
"` Probation Fund.

Motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner
Baldwin, and unanimously approved by the Court to pay said
claims and accounts.

APPROVAL OF COURTHOUSE HOLIDAYS FUR 1990
Un this the 8th day of January 1950, came on to be considered
by the Court„ the days and dates to be fixed by the Court as
legal Halidays for the year 1990, also that the Courthouse
shall be closed on those days and the Court is of the opinion
that. the follawing days and dates are and shall be declared
as legal Holidays for tYie County:

Motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by
f~ommissioner Baldwin, with Commissioner's Holekamp and
Baldwin and Judge Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner Ray
voting "NAY", said motion carried by a majority vote.
