APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORTS
On this the 8th day of .January 1990, came on to be considered
by the Court the various reports of the County and Precinct
Officials of Kerr County, Texas and having heard and
considered by the Court, finds that said reports should be
accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future reference
and subject to audit.
Motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioner's Holekamp and
Baldwin and Judge Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner Ray
-- "ABSTAINING", said motion to approve the monthly reports
carried by a majority vote.
