COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION on Monday,
January 22, 1990 at 9:00 A. M. with all officers present,
except R. Gordon Morgan, Commissioner Precinct 1, and the
Court having duly opened the following proceedings were had:
Commissioner Morgan arrived at 9:12 A. M.

CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 22nd day of January 1990, came on to be
considered by the Court the various claims and accounts
against Kerr County and the various Commissioner's Precincts,
which claims and accounts were approved for payment out oŁ
General, Jury, Fire Protection, Road & Bridge, County Law
Library, Public Library, Juvenile State Aid Fund, Parenting,
Indigent Health Care, and 216th District Probation Fund,
subject to adjustments.
Motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner
Morgan, and unanimously approved by the Court to pay said
claims and accounts, subject to adjustments.

APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO NDAA INSURANCE
SERVICES OFFICE FOR PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE
FOR THE KERR COUNTY ATTORNEY
On this the 22nd day of January 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved payment for Lawyers Professional
Liability Insurance coverage for the Kerr County Attorney,
David Motley.

It ie ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and the
County Auditor are authorized to draw a voucher in the amount
of 52,043.16 out of Line Item No. 10-475-480, Insurance
Liability, made payable to NDAA Insurance Services Office.

APPROVAL OF COUNTY TREASURER'S QUARTERLY REPORT
ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1989
On this the 22nd day of January 1990, in Special Session of
the Commissioners' Court, came on for examination the
0uarterly Report oŁ Dorothy H. Hilburn, County Treasurer oŁ
Kerr County, Texas, for the period beginning October 1, 1989
and ending December 31, 1989, and the same having been
examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the
Treasurer has received for account and credit and paid out of
each of said funds as reflected in the report and during the
period above stated, are found correct as therein shown. It
is therefore ordered by the Court that. said report be, and
the same is hereby approved and the Clerk oŁ the Court is
hereby ordered to file same in the record accounts oŁ said
Treasurer in accordance with this order.

Holekamp, and unaniaously approved by the Court.
