APPROVAL OF RENEWAL/EXTENSION OF LEASE
AT 323 EARL GARRETT BETWEEN KERB COUNTY AND
A. P. ALLISON
On this the 22nd day of January 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved the renewal/extension of lease for
property located at 323 Earl Garrett between A. P. Allison
and Kerr County subject to the signing of said lease by Judge
Allison. County Judge Edwards is hereby authorized to sign
said lease on behalf of Kerr County.
