COMMIS'SIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION on Thursday, February 1, 1990 at 1:30 P. M., with all officers present and ~~ 3Z ~, the Court having duly opened the following proceedings were had: ( A discussion was held on the possibility of leasing copiers for the District Clerk, Justice of the Yeace, Precinct #2 and the County Jail. Paula kector, Tax Assessor-Collector, said s•he had a cagier that was good for light service, but would soon wear out if used for heavy service as in her office. Commissioner Ray will do more research and place this item on a future agenda. .z Linda Decker, District Clerk, introduced Mr. Frank Blevins, an independent publisher, who made a survey of the Kerr County Law Library. According to Mr. Blevins, the County has several duplicates and several volumes that are outdated and should be given away or thrown away. He also said that we have a security problem with the library. It should be placed in a room by itself, preferrably one with expansion ~.. capibilities and have one individual to manage and operate the library.
