APPROVAL OF 2 MEGABYTE RAM UPGRADE FOR THE
MACINTOSH COMPUTER
On this the 1st day of February 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved a 2 megabyte ram upgrade for the
Macintosh computer at a cost of 5500.00, including
installation by Computerland.
JUDGE EDWARDS CALLED FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION at 4:30 P. M.
EXECUTIVE SESSION ENDED AND COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED
IN OPEN SESSION at 5:35 P. M. with all officers present.

THE JOHN HILL LITIGATION ANll ON ANY OTHER ITEMS

On this the 1st day of February 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, with
Commissioner's Ray, Morgan, Holekamp and Baldwin voting
"AYE", and Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion to hire
Robert A. Denson, Attorney-at-Law, at S30.00 an hour to
represent all past and current elected officials and the
Commissioners' Court in the John Hill litigation and on any
other items that may be required, was approved by a majority
vote.
