COMMISSIONERi' COURT GONVENEU IN A WORKSF{UP SESSION on Thursday, February 22, 1990, at 9:43 A. M. with all officers present and the Court having duly opened the following proceedings were had: • G Chairman Pra Tem Holekamp chaired the session. David Litke, Head of Kerr County Environmental Health, reported to the Court that the agreement with the City and school on the Nimitz School sewer line is now resolved. The school put in 8" lines and the city provided the difference to make it 10" lines, with the City maintaining them. On September 1, 1997 the city will get the lines, but until then the school has the rights. In order for the surrounding community to tie into the Nimit~ Schaal sewer line, it must be determined what the cost will be and who wall pay for this connection. The Court told Mr. Litke to get the schematics ar,d a rough outline and to locate a funding source (the mast likely passibility being AACOG>. Mr. D. k. Voelkel will do the schematics and Mr. Litke will give up 52,000.00 Pram his capital outlay to pay for Mr. Voelkel's services. -7 A discussion with the County koad Engineer, Gerald Menefee, followed, in connection with Subdivision Submittal Schedule and Design Controls and Criteria for 1{err County Roadways. The Court told Mr. Menefee that if he has a project that will go aver budget, he is to came to the Court and report that he needs addition money. Mr. Menefee is to rework his Subdivision Submittal Schedule and his Design Controls and Criteria for Kerr County koadways and reschedule another workshop session. M. with all officers present, and the Court having duly opened the following proceedings were had: Y Mr. Omar Crabb presented the Court with petitions, which contain 175 signatures, for Creation and Operation of kural. Fire Prevention District 1J1. He stated he also had the required donations of 5150.00 each from two individuals. The cost to the Caunty should total approximately 5300.00 which should cover two (2) ballot boxes - one (1> far the City of Ingram and one (1) far out of County.
