PROPOSALS FOk ONE WEEK TO ALLOW FOR WRITTEN
CONFIRMATION OF PROPOSALS
On this the 22nd day of February 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commis:~ioner Morgan, with
Commissioner's Ray, Mor-g an, Holekamp, and Baldwin voting
"AYE" and Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion to accept
the insurance proposals, as per phone conversations, of Anco
Ins., Bryan, Texas and Mick Williams, San Antonio, Texas, and
to extend the opening of the proposals for one week, making
the new opening date Mar-ch 1, 1998 at 1:30 p. m., was approved
by a majority vote.
