On this the 22nd day of February 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, with
Commissioner's kay, Morgan, Holekamp, and Baldwin voting
"AYE" and Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion to accept
the insurance proposals, as per phone conversations, of Anco
Ins., Bryan, Texas and Mick Williams, San Antonio, Texas, and
to extend the opening of the proposals for one week, making
the new opening date March 1, 1990 at 1:30 p. m., was approved
by a majority vote.

CLAIMS ANG ACCOUNTS
On this the 22nd day oŁ February 1990, came on to be
considered by the Court the various claims and accounts
against Kerr County and the various Commissioner's Precincts,
which claims and accounts were approved for payment out of
General, Jury, Fire Protection, Road & Bridge, County Law

Library, Flood Control, Juvenile State Aid Fund, Traffic
Safety Fund, Parenting, Indigent Health Care, and 216th
District Probation Fund.
Motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by
Commissioner Morgan, the Court unanimously approved to pay
said claims and accounts, with the exception of Invoice No.
11921, which is to be reduced by 5720.05, making the total
payable to Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital 53666.56.
