SECRETARY'S SALARY FOR REIMBURSEMENT' OF OVERPAYMENT
On this the 22nd day of February 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with
Commissioner's Ray, Baldwin and Morgan, and Judge Edwards
voting "AYE", and Commissioner Holekamp "ABSTAINING", said
motion, as per the County Auditor's recommendation, to
withhold 554.14 per pay period from the salary of Kaye Brown,
216th District secretary, for reimbursement of overpayment,
was approved by a majority vote.
