MOTION TO KEEP "CORPUS JURIS SEGUNDUM" AND
DECLARE "AMERICAN JURiS PRUDENT" AS SURPLUS AND
AUTHORIZATION FOR THE COUNTY LAW LIBRARIAN TO
DISPOSE OF SURPLUS
On this the 22nd day of February 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner- Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved to keep "Corpus Juris Secundum"
and declare "American Juris Prudent" as surplus and for the
Kerr County Law Librarian to dispose of said surplus.

Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved to adjourn.
