On this the 12th day of March 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved for the Kerr County Sheriff to
purchase a 1586 Ford Ranger, Vehicle identification Number
1FTCR14A2GPB0465S, for 55,350.00.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher on Line Item No. 10-560-570 for
55,350.00 and made payable to Ken Stoepel Ford, Inc.

PLACE ON THESR AGENDA THE RE-NAMING OF THE
KERRVILLE-SCHREINEk STATE PARK
On this the	12th	day of	March 1950, upon motion	made by
Commissioner	Ray,	seconded	by Commissioner Baldwin,	the Court
unanimously approved to sign and send a resolution requesting
that the Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission place
on their agenda the re-naming of the Kerrville-Schreiner
State Park.

R E 5 0 L U T I O N
WHEREAS: in excess of 1,000 citizens o2 Kerr County have
signed a petition requesting that the name of the
Kerrville-Schreiner State Park be changed, and,
WHEREAS: a majority of the citizens oŁ Kerr County were not
aware that the Kerrville-Schreiner State Park was
even being considered Łor a name change, and
WHEREAS: many citizens of Kerr County would like the
opportunity to testify before the Texas Parks and
Wildlife Commission, and,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
the Kerr County Commissioners' Court requests that
the Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission place on
the agenda the re-naming of the Kerrville-Schreiner
State Park.
