R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS: in excess oŁ 1,000 citizens oŁ Kerr County have signed a petition requesting that the name oŁ the Kerrville-Schreiner State Park be changed, and, WHEREAS: a majority oŁ the citizens oŁ Kerr County were not aware that the Kerrville-Schreiner State Park was even being considered for a name change, and WHEREAS: many citizens of Kerr County would like the opportunity to testify before then Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission, and, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: the Kerr County Commissioners' Court requests that the Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission place on the agenda the re-naming oŁ the Kerrville-Schreiner State Park.
