EMERGENCY DECLARED TO TRANSFER FUNDS TO PAY
DEDUCTIBLE FOR LITIGATION IN BLANKENSHIP VS. KERR COUNTY
On this the 12th day of March 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved to declare an emergency and to transfer
55,000.00 from Unexpended Balance to Line ltem No.
10-401-402, Legal Assistance, to pay the deductible in Bobby
Lynn Blankenship vs. Kerr County.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher on Line Item No. 10-401-402, for
55,000.00 and made payble to kandall B. Richards as Trustee
for Bobby Lynn Blankenship.
