CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 2`l nd day of March 19'314, came on to be considered
by the Courr_ the various claims and accounts against Kerr
County and the various Commissioner's Precincts, which claims
and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury,
Fire Protect:ion, Road 8 Bridge, County Law Library, Juvenile
State Aid Fund, Parenting, and Indigent Health Care.
Motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner
Hnlekamp, and unanimously approved by the Court to pay said
claims and accounts.

BUDGET AMENDMENT TO TRANSFEk FUNDS FROM
COMMISSIONERS' COURT TO NUN-DEPARTMENTAL
On this the 22nd day of March 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner kay, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved to transfer 51,306.00 from Line Item No.
10-401-571, Contingency, in Commissioners' Court, to Line
Item No. 10-409-105, Insurance Liability, in
Non-Departmental.
