COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN A WORKSHOP on Thursday,
April S, 1990 at 10:25 A. M. on proposed Road and Bridge
policies with all officers present, except County Judge
Edwards.
~Q~ y 7 ~ Gerald Menefee, Road Engineer, is to prepare a list of roads
with a car count for each Commissioner's Precinct. Mr.
Menefee will furnish guidelines for the type of road, with
both present and potential usuage. Each Commissioner is to
prepare a list of the roads in their precinct and with the
use of their maps, list and guidelines, designate if the road
is arterial, collector, local, access or ranch.
Mr. Menefee talked with Mr. Voelkel, L. D. Brinkman and Jack
Moore. Mr. Moore might be willing to give a nice
right-of-way if we build a road thru his property. This
would take some traffic away from Ranchero Road. Mr. Menefee
said he just received the information and would have to check
into it further and report back to the Court.

COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION on Thursday,
April 5, 1990 at 1:30 P. M. with all officers present and the
Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:

BUDGET AMENDMENT TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM
COMMISSIONERS' COURT TO CONSTABLE, PRECINCT #2 OFFICE
On this the 5th day of April 1590, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved to transfer 5234.55 from Line Item No.
10-401-571, Contingency, in Commissioners' Court, to Line
Item No. 10-552-48'1, Training, in Constable, Precinct #2
Office, for reimbursement of training expenses.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
'~' authorized to draw a voucher an Line Item No. 10-552-487 for
5234.55 and made payable to Carl E. Williams, Jr.
