Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the
Court unanimously approved for Mr. John Henderson, Jr. to
prepare a final proposal for renovation of the Juvenile
Detention Center.

KERR COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH UEPAkTMENT, RETROACTIVE
TO JANUAkY 1, 1990
On this the 5th day of April 1990, upon motion made by
^ Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved a pay increase for David Litke,
Head of Kerr County Environmental Health, as budgeted and
retroactive i~o January 1, 1990. Mr. Litke will receive an
annual salary of 525,000.00.
