Court of Kerr County, Texas, of the Regular Session on March
12, 1990, Special Session on March 22, 1990, Special Session
on March 29, 1990, Workshop on April 5, 1590 and Special

APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORTS ANU THE CUUNTY CLERK'S
QUARTERLY ANU SEMI-ANNUAL REPORTS
On this the 5th day oi~ April 1990, came on to be considered
by the Court the various reports of the County and Precinct
Officials of Kerr County, Texas and having heard and
considered by the Court, finds that said reports should be
accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future reference
and subject to audit.
Motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by
Commissioner Ray, tt,e Court unanimously approved the monthly
reports, the 8uarterly Report of the County Clerk on Fines
Imposed and Collected and Judgments rendered and collected in
the County Court by the Clerk o2 said Court in the amount of
563,043.14, and the Semi-Annual Report of all receipts and
disbursements, of the County Clerk's Trust Fund
in the Chas. Schreiner Bank of Kerrville, Texas, of
collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her
hands for the period from October 1st, 1989 through March
