Commissioner Ray arrived at 10:09 A. M. Gerald Menefee, Road Engineer, is to obtain a more current map from "CRC Engineering Services and provide each Commissioner with a copy so they can complete identifying the roads in their precinct as arterial, collector, local, access or ranch. After all the commissioner's have completed their list, a workshop will be held to finalizE> the Design Controls and Criteria for Kerr County Roadways. ~9~Fay.~ Commissioners-' Court determined that Kerr County would furnish vests and hard hats for the road crews, and the crew member would furnish his own steel toed shoes. COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN A WORKSHOP on Thursday, April 19, 1990 at 11:00 A. M. on Indigent Health Care with all officers present except Judge Edwards and Commissioner, Precinct #1, Gordon Morgan. Commissioner Morgan arrived at 11:29 A. M. l9'~b5.3 When Indigent Health Care came in, Commissioners' Court had a choice of Interim Billing or Third Party Billing, and they chose Interim. The possibility of going to Third Party Billing was discussed and it was decided that Commissioner Morgan would contact a third party and negotiate cost factors and ask if a representative would be available to talk to the full Court.
