APPROVAL OF RESIGNATION OF kALPH BAYER FROM
ISEkR COUNTY ROAD & BRIDGE DEPARTMENT
On this the 19th day of April 1950, upon motion made by
Commissioner kay, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, with
Commissioner's Ray, Morgan, Holekamp and Baldwin voting
"AYE", and Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion to approve
the resignation of kalph Bayer from Kerr County Road 8 Bridge
Department, effective April 7, 1990, was approved by a
majority vote. Mr. Bayer has ten (10) hours of vacation time
due him.
