GOMMI5SIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION on Thursday,
April 26, 1990 at 1:30 P. M. with all officers present and the
Court having duly opened the following proceedings were had:

CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the '26th day of April 1990, came on to be considered
by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr
County and the various Commissioner's Precincts, which claims
and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury,
Fire Protection, Road 8 Bridge, County Law Library, Flood
Control, Juvenile State Aid Fund, Parenting, Indigent Health
Care, and 216th District Probation Fund.
Motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner
flay and unanimously approved by the Court to pay said claims
and accounts.

BUDGET AMENDMENT TD TRAN5FER FUNDS FROM THE KERR
COUNTY JAIL TO THE KEkk COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
On this the 26th day of April 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved to transfer 5145.00 from Line Item No.
10-512-'220, Employee Medical Exam, in the Kerr County Jail,
to Line Item No. 10-560-220, Employee Medical Exam, in the
Kerr County Sheriff's Office.
