APPROVAL OF COUNTY TREASURER'S QUARTERLY REPORT
ENDING MARGH 30, 1990
On this the 26th day oŁ April 1990, in 6'pecial Session oŁ the
Commissioners' Court, came on for examination the Quarterly
Report oŁ Dorothy H. Hilburn, County Treasurer of Kerr
County, Texas, for the period. beginning January 1, 1990 and
ending March 31, 1990, and the same having been examined and
compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the
Treasurer has received for account and credit and paid out oŁ
each of said funds as reflected in the report and during the
period above stated, are found correct as therein shown. It
is therefore ordered by the Court that said report be, and
the same is hereby approved and the Glerk oŁ the Court is
hereby ordered to file same in the record accounts of said
Treasurer in accordance with this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Holekam p, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, and unanimously approved by the Court.
