On this the 26th day of April 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the Court
unanimously approved the purchase o£ a Panasonic Pana£ax 155
Facsimile Machine from the Bill Warner Company far 51,050.00,
subject to the County Auditor locating the funds. The FAX
Machine will be located in the Kerr County Sheriff's Office,
but will be for the use o£ ALL Kerr County Offices.

CONTINUATION DF JUVENILE DETENTION STAFFING GRANT
Un this the 26th day of April 1590, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved the submission of a grant
application entitled "Juvenile Detention Sta££ing" in the
amount of 518,811.00 through the Alamo Area Council of
Governments to the Governor's Office of General Counsel and
Criminal Justice, State of Texas.
