ACCEPTANCE OF MR. HENDERSON'S FINAL BID PROPOSAL
FOR MODIFICATION ON THE JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER TO
MEET THE FIRE CODE VARIANCE REQUIREMENTS
On this thE= 26th day oŁ April 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved to accept Mr. Henderson's final
bid proposal for modification on the Juvenile Detention
Center to meet the fire code variance requirements.
Proposals for a 48 bed medium/maximum classification facility
were opened. There were eleven (11) proposals received,
which will be reviewed by the Commissioners' Court.
Judge Edward:a called for EXECUTIVE SESSION at 2:37 P. M.
EXECUTIVE SESSION ENUEU AND COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED
IN OPEN SESSION at 3:09 P. M. with all officers present.
